LSQ SPAC Plus (+) Fund
The LSQ SPAC Plus (+) Fund is an open-ended investment trust established under the laws of the Province of British Columbia that seeks to generate consistent positive risk-adjusted returns with low volatility and low correlation to the equity markets. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by primarily investing in lower risk market-neutral, relative-value, arbitrage (including SPAC arbitrage) and event-driven investment strategies.
